Community Resolution & Incident Review

IBB Authorized Archive v1.0

Disputes are a natural part of any social environment. The IBB provides a structured framework for peer-to-peer resolution to ensure that conflicts are handled with maturity and do not disrupt the digital pack.

The Cooling-Off Protocol

When a dispute occurs within an IBB-linked server or event, the Cooling-Off Protocol is automatically recommended. Involved parties are encouraged to step away from the digital space for 24 hours before attempting to resolve the issue as humans.

1. Peer-to-Peer Mediation

The IBB encourages self-governance. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, members may request a neutral Peer Mediator—a trusted community member who can help facilitate a "Human-to-Human" conversation.

2. Incident Review & The Trail

In cases where a safety boundary is allegedly crossed, the Board may perform an Incident Review. This is a technical audit of the logs provided by Bloodhound. The goal is not to "judge" personality, but to determine if a platform violation occurred that warrants a change in registry status.

3. Restoration of Standing

The IBB values growth. For minor conduct issues, a member may be placed on a "Technical Probation." Once the member demonstrates a consistent return to community standards, their full verified status can be restored by the Board.
