Community Administration & The Board
IBB Authorized Archive v1.0The IBB Administrative Board is responsible for the maintenance and security of the network infrastructure. Our role is strictly limited to the administration of IBB-owned digital assets and the enforcement of our platform's Terms of Service.
Platform Administration
As a private network, the IBB provides tools for community connection. Board members do not govern individual behavior outside of our platforms; rather, we manage the access and security of the digital spaces we provide.
1. Network Security (Watchdog)
The primary duty of the Board is to ensure the Watchdog security system remains operational. This is a technical role focused on:
- Access Control: Managing the automated "Sentry Protocol" to prevent unauthorized bot accounts or known malicious actors from accessing the server.
- Blacklist Maintenance: Updating the database based on documented violations of our platform's safety rules.
2. Logging & Audit (Bloodhound)
To ensure transparency and prevent administrative overreach, all actions are tracked via Bloodhound. This system provides:
- Internal Accountability: Every time a Board member modifies a record or issues a restriction, a permanent log is created.
- Data Integrity: Ensuring that member records are accurate and protected according to our data privacy standards.
3. Limited Scope of Authority
The Board does not intervene in personal disputes or pack-internal lore unless they involve a direct violation of the IBB digital safety code or platform security. We provide the infrastructure; how members use that infrastructure within the bounds of safety is up to them.
Terms of Use
Participation in the IBB Network is a privilege, not a right. The Board reserves the right to restrict access to our digital tools (Watchdog/Registry) to any individual who compromises the security or safety of the network.
